b) 在萬聖節(10月31日)、聖誕節(12月24日至25日)、除夕(12月31日)，以及警方在蘭桂坊一帶實施人群管理措施的其他重大事件日子，一律不得在露天座位作業。
No operation of the OSA is allowed during the Halloween (31st October), Christmas (24th – 25th December), New Year Eve (31st December), and other significant event dates where the crowd management measures are imposed by the Police in the vicinity of Lan Kwai Fong.
