a) 凌晨3時至上午9時，不得售賣或供應酒類飲品供顧客在處所內飲用。
No liquor shall be sold or supplied for consumption on the premises between 3:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m.
b) 晚上11時至翌日上午9時，處所的所有門窗必須保持關閉。
All doors and windows of the premises shall be kept closed between 11:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. the following day.
c) 持牌人須於星期日至星期四下午6時至午夜12時及星期五、星期六和公眾假期晚上9時至翌晨3時留駐處所當值, 每週星期一例假除外。
The licensee shall be on duty on the premises between 6:00 p.m. and 12:00 midnight from Sunday to Thursday and between 9:00 p.m. and 3:00 a.m. on Friday, Saturday and public holiday, except Monday which is the weekly day off.
d) 晚上11時至翌日上午9時，不得使用位於皇后大道中的入口進出，作為緊急通道除外。
The entrance located on Queen's Road Central shall not be used for entry or exit between 11:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. the following day, save and except for emergency access and egress.
e) 晚上11時至翌日上午9時，不得在處所沿皇后大道中的店前範圍擺放設施及／或搭建物，以及顧客不得在該處逗留。
No facilities and/or structures are to be placed on or at, and no customers shall be permitted to remain on or at, the shop foyer of the premises located on Queen's Road Central between 11:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. the following day.
