d) 晚上11時至翌日上午9時，不得將設於處所外或在處所內而朝外的擴音設備或揚聲器開着。
No sound amplification device shall be switched on and no speaker shall be played outside the premises or facing outside of the premises between 11:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. the following day.
