Liquor shall only be sold or supplied for consumption on the outside seating accommodation of the premises from 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
b.) 在下列節日或活動警方公布的封路時段，處所須關閉露天座位範圍，以及不得在行人道上擺放枱椅或任何其他物品：
i) 農曆年初二；
ii) 國慶日；
iii) 新年前夕；以及
iv) 依照警方指示，任何於尖沙咀東部海濱花園一帶舉行的公眾活動，而該活動的參與人數會對公共秩序及安全造成影響 （例如聖誕節前夕和在維多利亞港舉行的煙火表演）。
The OSA must be closed and no tables or chairs or any other articles shall be left on the pedestrian pavement during road closure announcement by the Police on the below days or events：
i) The second day of Lunar New Year;
ii) The National Day;
iii) New Year's Eve;
iv) Any public event as directed by the Police which takes place at the Tsim Sha Tsui East Promenade areas and poses implications for public order and safety due to crowd size (e.g. Christmas Eve, Pyrotechnic Shows at Victoria Harbour).
