d) 持牌人須盡應盡的努力確保處所內無人吸煙或攜帶燃著的香煙、雪茄或煙斗。
The licensee shall with due diligence ensure that no person smokes or carries a lighted cigarette, cigar or pipe on the premises.
e) 持牌人須於每天下午5時至翌晨2時留駐處所當值，每週一天例假除外。
The licensee shall be on duty on the premises between 5:00 p.m. and 2:00 a.m. the following day except the weekly day-off.
