a.)在任何同一時間內，店舖的總人數連同職員在內，不得超過 (108) 人。
Not more than (108) persons, including staff, shall be permitted on the premises at any one time.
b.)持牌人須於每天晚上10時至翌晨5時留駐處所當值，每週星期日例假除外。
The licensee shall be on duty on the premises from 10:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. except Sunday which is the weekly day-off.
c.)上午7時至上午10時，不得售賣或供應酒類飲品供顧客在處所內飲用。
No liquor shall be sold or supplied for consumption on the premises between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.
d.)持牌人須在牌照的屆滿日期當日或之前參加及修畢酒牌局自2014年1月1日後舉辦的酒牌研討會，並取得酒牌局發出的出席證書。在任何時間，在酒牌局或警務處處長或任何代酒牌局/警務處處長行事的公職人員要求下，持牌人須將該出席證書交出查閱。此外，持牌人須在牌照的屆滿日期之前向酒牌局提交出席證書副本，用以支持牌照續期申請(如有的話)。
The Licensee shall attend and complete a seminar for liquor licensing organized by the Liquor Licensing Board after the first day of January 2014 and obtain a certificate of attendance issued by the Liquor Licensing Board on or before the expiry of this Licence. The Licensee shall produce the certificate of attendance for inspection upon demand by the Liquor Licensing Board or the Commissioner of Police or any public officer acting on its/his behalf at any time and submit a copy of certificate of attendance to the Liquor Licensing Board in support of an application for renewal of licence, if any, before the expiry date of this Licence.
e.)處所須在其內的公用地方裝設有錄影功能的閉路電視設施，並保留有關錄影資料須保留至少1個月，隨時可供警方在要求時查看，以防止和偵查罪案。
CCTV facilities with recording function shall be installed covering the common area of the premises with the records kept for at least one month and available for Police inspection on demand for the purpose of prevention and detection of crime.
