a) 在任何同一時間內，店舖的總人數連同職員在內，不得超過 (80) 人。
Not more than (80) persons, including staff, shall be permitted on the premises at any one time.
b) 處所須安裝具錄影功能的閉路電視設施，錄影範圍涵蓋處所的公用地方及男女廁入口。安裝在男女廁入口的閉路電視系統不得侵犯在廁所內或使用廁所的人士的私隱。持牌人須保存有關錄影記錄至少30日，並在警方要求時提交警方檢查。
CCTV with recording facilities which cover the common area of the premises and entrance of both male and female toilets shall be installed. The positioning of the CCTV system at the entrance of the male and female toilets shall not infringe the privacy of any person within or using toilet. All CCTV records shall be kept for at least 30 days and be available for Police inspection as and when required.
c) 持牌人須確保處所內的閉路電視監察系統及錄影機正常運作，並保留有關的錄影資料至少30日，以便警方隨時翻閱。
The licensee shall ensure that the closed-circuit TV surveillance system and the video recording system are always in normal working condition, and shall retain the surveillance record for at least 30 days for retrieval by the police at any time.
d.)持牌人須在牌照的屆滿日期當日或之前參加及修畢酒牌局自2014年1月1日後舉辦的酒牌研討會，並取得酒牌局發出的出席證書。在任何時間，在酒牌局或警務處處長或任何代酒牌局/警務處處長行事的公職人員要求下，持牌人須將該出席證書交出查閱。此外，持牌人須在牌照的屆滿日期之前向酒牌局提交出席證書副本，用以支持牌照續期申請(如有的話)。
The Licensee shall attend and complete a seminar for liquor licensing organized by the Liquor Licensing Board after the first day of January 2014 and obtain a certificate of attendance issued by the Liquor Licensing Board on or before the expiry of this Licence. The Licensee shall produce the certificate of attendance for inspection upon demand by the Liquor Licensing Board or the Commissioner of Police or any public officer acting on its/his behalf at any time and submit a copy of certificate of attendance to the Liquor Licensing Board in support of an application for renewal of licence, if any, before the expiry date of this Licence.
e) 凌晨4時至上午9時，不得售賣或供應酒類飲品供顧客在處所內飲用。
No liquor shall be sold or supplied for consumption on the premises between 4:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m.
f) 晚上11時至翌日上午9時，處所的所有門窗必須保持關閉。
All doors and windows of the premises shall be kept closed between 11:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. the following day.
