a.) 在任何同一時間內，店舖的總人數連同職員在內，不得超過 (66) 人。
Not more than (66) persons, including staff, shall be permitted on the premises at any one time.
b.)晚上11時至翌日下午6時，持牌人須確保所售賣或供應的酒類飲品不得供顧客於露台飲用。
The licensee shall ensure that no liquor shall be sold or supplied for consumption on the terrace area between 11:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. the following day.
c.)晚上11時至翌日下午6時，任何人不得在露台逗留。
No person will be allowed on the terrace area between 11:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. the following day.
d.)持牌人須在牌照的屆滿日期當日或之前參加及修畢酒牌局自2014年1月1日後舉辦的酒牌研討會，並取得酒牌局發出的出席證書。在任何時間，在酒牌局或警務處處長或任何代酒牌局/警務處處長行事的公職人員要求下，持牌人須將該出席證書交出查閱。此外，持牌人須在牌照的屆滿日期之前向酒牌局提交出席證書副本，用以支持牌照續期申請(如有的話)。
The Licensee shall attend and complete a seminar for liquor licensing organized by the Liquor Licensing Board after the first day of January 2014 and obtain a certificate of attendance issued by the Liquor Licensing Board on or before the expiry of this Licence. The Licensee shall produce the certificate of attendance for inspection upon demand by the Liquor Licensing Board or the Commissioner of Police or any public officer acting on its/his behalf at any time and submit a copy of certificate of attendance to the Liquor Licensing Board in support of an application for renewal of licence, if any, before the expiry date of this Licence.
(e) 持牌人須盡應盡的努力確保處所內無人吸煙或攜帶燃著的香煙、雪茄或煙斗。
The licensee shall with due diligence ensure that no person shall smoke or carry a lighted cigarette, cigar or pipe on the premises.
